Second Beach
While Newport’s First Beach is popular, locals know that Second Beach is superior. Growing up, Izzy would often visit her best friend (and co‑MOH), Sammy, who’s from the area. The photo above shows Izzy and Sammy at Second Beach, taken 10 years ago. Before Sammy turned vegan, they would go to Mission Burger ( https://www.missionnpt.com/ - highly recommend), and take it to the beach for a sunset dinner.
