Schedule
Guests can start arriving at 7:30 p.m. with the wedding party entering at 8. There is a grass parking area you will park in and you can walk over or be shuttled over to the area where the venue resides. Champagne, beer, and wine along with hors d'oeuvres will be prepared and set out for everyone to snack on all night. Dancing, speeches, cake cutting, socializing, more dancing, and "last" dances will lead up to the beginning of the ceremony at 11:40 p.m.
The ceremony will conclude shortly after midnight.
As the climax of the evening comes to an end and farewell's are had, a light send-off of the newlyweds will commence! With the night winding down, shuttles back to your cars will be provided if you do not want to walk back to the parking area. If you would like a sweet treat for the ride back, don't forget your wedding favor cookies and s'mores!
