Shuttle

To help everyone celebrate safely and stress-free, we will be providing complimentary shuttle service on the wedding day. A shuttle will depart from our hotel block by 3:15 PM and transport guests to the venue. For local guests or anyone not staying at the hotel, an additional shuttle will depart from the Greensprings West Clubhouse by 3:15 PM and provide transportation to the venue. Return shuttles from the venue will be available at 8:45 PM and 10:00 PM, with service to both the hotel and Greensprings West Clubhouse.
Flight
For our out-of-town guests, Richmond International Airport (RIC) is the easiest and most convenient option for travel, though Norfolk (ORF) and Newport News/Williamsburg (PHF) airports are also nearby alternatives.
