What time should I arrive to church?

Answer

Please arrive at the church 15 minutes early. Please keep in mind there is no parking lot. Refer to our Parking page for suggested parking and tips

What Should I Wear?

Answer

Please dress appropriately for a Catholic Wedding Mass. Modest attire is encouraged.

Question

Will I have time to do anything after the Wedding Mass before the cocktail hour at 5:30?

Answer

It is recommended to drive straight to the Heathers for the reception. With the Wedding Mass ending at 4pm, the distance, and I 75 construction (an alternate route is Woodward Avenue).

What should we do when we arrive at St. Aloysius?

Answer

We ask that you take a seat, pray, contemplate, or reflect. Please send us your blessings as we will be minutes away from receiving each other in the Sacrament of Matrimony. We kindly ask that you remain silent in the church out of respect for Jesus present in the tabernacle and the sacrament that is about to take place. If you want to congregate with others, please do so in the church vestibule or outside.
