Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits for women, and suits, or jackets and slacks for men.

All are welcome to join us in kicking off our wedding weekend at the oldest and most historic winery in California, Buena Vista Winery. There will be no shortage of wine and hors d'oeuvres served throughout the evening. The shuttle pick up location is Sonoma Plaza, 453 1st Street East in Sonoma, Ca. The first shuttle will leave at 5:40 and the second will leave at 6:10.

Ceremony and Reception

Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns (does not have to be black), tuxes with black neckties or bowties.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 in the evening. We kindly ask that all guests arrive to Viansa Winery by 5:15 or earlier via our shuttle so there is time to soak in the beautiful views of Sonoma Valley and get settled before the ceremony begins. From there, we will enjoy a beautiful cocktail hour on the overlook before we meet on the terrace for dinner and the reception. The shuttle pick up location is Sonoma Plaza: 453 1st Street East in Sonoma. The shuttles will be departing for Viana Winery promptly at 4:40pm and 4:45pm.

Farewell Brunch (optional)

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Feel free to stop by the El Dorado Hotel & Kitchen for a casual 'come & go as you please’ brunch to say "farewell" to the newlyweds one last time! Please note that while your presence is warmly welcomed, this optional brunch event will be at your own expense. We recommend making a reservation if you plan on joining us!
