What is the closest Airport?

Answer

The closest and most convenient airport is located in Palm Springs (30-40min). The second closest is Ontario International Airport (1.5 hours) Also close by: LAX, which is about 3 (or more depending on traffic) hours from Twentynine Palms. If you drive from LAX please give yourself PLENTY of time there is often weekender traffic going to the area.

How do I get around the area and to the venue?

Answer

The venue is ~15 minutes from the town of Twentynine Palms. We HIGHLY recommend renting a car or coordinating with other guests and renting a car together. Carpooling from Los Angeles area is recommended for our local friends. Please note that the last 2 mi. of the drive to the venue will be on a flat dirt road. Parking is available but somewhat limited at the venue. Uber and Lyft is not always available in this area. However, we can recommend our friends at Desert Sun Cab, they are reliable, safe, open 24 hours and can even pick give you a ride to Palm Springs Airport. https://www.desertsuncab.com/

What is the dress code?

Answer

Desert Chic. Basically, Dressy Casual in the High Desert. High heels are not encouraged due to sand - flats, boots, sneakers or platforms would be best. Please be prepared with a light jacket or additional layers in case the temperatures drop.

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. This is going to be a small event with very limited capacity. Thank you for understanding.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

This is the real deal California Desert. It is dry, sunny and can be windy and the temperatures changes throughout the day/night. During the day it is usually in the 80s and lowest of lows of mid 50s after sundown.

What is the venue like?

Our venue is a private compound consisting of several homes on 50 acres of desert landscape! There are tons of fun amenities but we don't want to spoil the surprises, come prepared for anything!

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we have decided make this a child-free celebration.

Is there an afterparty?

Answer

We can party all night under the desert stars! The music will turn up a bit around 10:30 or so and we will continue the celebrations on the property.
