Join us for a Welcome Dinner Reception followed by a Beachside Bonfire. Rum and Mojito Bar Havana Nights Buffet-style Menu: Moros y Cristianos (rice & beans) Mashed Yuka (crispy plantain) Ceviche Salad with Cumin Grains Salad (beans, peas, chickpeas, corn) Green Salad with dehydrated Coconut Fricasee Chicken (Chicken Stew) Ropa Vieja (Shredded beef Creole) Lechon Asada (Cuban style roasted pork loin) Pescado en Salsa de Jamaica (Fish with hibiscus sauce) Dessert: Natilla de Chocolate (Chocolate custard), Coconut flan, Coconut Icecream

Casual Wedding Attire (suits/jackets not necessary; men: dress shorts/slacks ok, ladies: summer dresses ok; please no swimwear)
Ceremony begins at 4pm, followed by pictures.
Cocktail Hour

Open Bar & Hors d’oeuvres: • Tamales • Beef Kabobs with rosemary sauce • Fish Ceviche • Bruschetta with Prosciutto • “Sangrita” Mini shots with Shrimp • Pickled Vegetable Tartlets
Reception
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Dinner menu is Buffet-style: Salads: - Panela cheese Salad, red and green tomato, with ancho pepper vinaigrette. - Mexican jicama salad, served with pineapple, cucumber, and cilantro vinaigrette. - Nopal salad, served with cottage cheese and tomato vinaigrette - Corn kernel salad, served with bacon, peppers and creamy vinaigrette dressing. - Guacamole and tortilla chips Soup: Lime Soup Hot Dishes: - Brazo de reina with tomato sauce - Sea bass with butter and chipotle pepper - Roasted chicken breast with mole - Rice with cilantro - Zucchini stuffed with cheese and ranchero sauce - Roasted cauliflower gratin with Oaxaca cheese - Flank steak with poblano pepper sauce. - Tacos pastor style with sauce and toppings - Hot tortillas Desserts: - Wedding cake - Orange cake covered with eggnog - Tres leches mousse with strawberry jam - Peanut pie cream covered with chocolate - Churros with sauce: chocolate, vanilla, and cajeta (milk caramel).

Bring your dancing shoes! Dress code is casual elegant (Sneakers/tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops. Long pants required for men.)
We're going to keep the party going! Freshen up in your room after the reception or hang out at the main lobby for more drinks until the nightclub opens.

Thanks a Brunch

Join us for an informal brunch before you go, or start the next part of your vacation :) We'll keep you posted on which restaurant we'll be at once we arrive to the resort. We'll hang around for a couple hours so we get to see everyone.
