Recommended Dates to Stay

Our wedding celebration is on Saturday, October 10, 2026, but we’d love for guests to join us for the full weekend! We recommend staying Thursday, October 8 – Sunday, October 11 to enjoy all of the events and some downtime at the resort. Want to extend your stay? Go for it! The WEDHERNANDEZ code will still apply to longer stays before or after the wedding weekend.

The All-Inclusive Experience

Your stay includes all food, drinks, and most activities, so you can relax and enjoy the weekend without worrying about extra costs. Included: • All meals, snacks, and beverages at the resort’s restaurants and bars • Pool access, fitness center, and resort-led activities Additional fees apply for spa treatments, golf, and select premium services or restaurants. Booking Requirement: All wedding guests must select the WEDHERNANDEZ all-inclusive package to ensure access to our group events and special rates. Flight

Getting There

Guests can book their flights two ways: 1. Through the resort — when booking your stay, you’ll have the option to bundle flights directly with your hotel reservation. 2. Independently — feel free to shop around and book your own flights separately if you find better rates or prefer to use travel points. Our wedding code does not provide a flight discount, so please choose whichever option works best for you! • Airport: Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) • Travel time to resort: Approximately 45 minutes Pro tip: Even if you arrive before the official check-in time, you’re welcome to start enjoying the resort’s amenities as soon as you get there! The hotel will gladly store your luggage until your room is ready — so grab a drink, head to the pool, and let the vacation begin.

Airport Transportation

Once we get closer to the wedding date and have our confirmed guest list, we will coordinate airport transportation for our guests based on their flight information. We will collect travel details at a later time.
