When is the wedding & how long should we stay?
Answer
Our wedding day is Saturday, October 10, 2026. We will also be hosting a welcome party on Thursday, October 8, and optional excursions on Friday, October 9. To fully enjoy the weekend, we recommend staying for a long weekend, Thursday through Sunday (October 8–12).

How do I book my stay at the resort?

Is the resort all-inclusive? What does that mean?

Yes! Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort is a luxury all-inclusive resort. Your stay includes: • All meals at on-site restaurants • Unlimited drinks at resort bars • Snacks throughout the day • Access to pools, beach areas, and resort amenities

Do I need to book my own flights?
Answer
Yes, guests are responsible for booking their own flights. When booking your stay through the resort, you will have the option to bundle your flight and hotel together and pay one total price. Please note that our wedding code applies only to the resort stay and does not provide a discount on flights. Guests are also more than welcome — and encouraged — to shop around and book flights independently if they prefer.

Do I need a passport?
Answer
Yes. A valid passport is required for travel to Mexico. Please make sure your passport is up to date and valid for the duration of your trip.

What is the wedding day attire?

The wedding day attire is formal. • Women: Long formal gowns or elegant evening dresses • Men: Suits or tuxes; ties are strongly encouraged This will be a formal celebration, so please no jeans, shorts, or casual attire.

Answer
The welcome party attire is all white, with a cocktail or semi-formal dress code. Think elevated, chic, and fun — still dressy, but not as formal as the wedding day.

What will the weather be like?

October in Cabo San Lucas is typically warm and sunny, with daytime temperatures in the mid-to-high 80s°F and warm, pleasant evenings that may feel slightly cooler near the ocean.

Will the wedding events be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
All wedding events will take place outdoors. Our welcome party will be hosted on the beach, and the wedding day celebrations will also be held in open-air settings. We recommend keeping this in mind when planning your attire and footwear.

Are children allowed at the wedding?
Answer
While we love your little ones, this will be a mostly adults-only celebration. We are happy to welcome older teenage guests, but kindly ask that younger children make arrangements to stay home. We truly appreciate your understanding as we plan an evening celebration for our guests.

Will airport transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes. Once we get closer to the wedding date and have our confirmed guest list, we will coordinate airport transportation based on guests’ flight information. We will collect travel details at a later time.

The resort offers many included amenities as part of the all-inclusive experience. Optional excursions off the property will be available at an additional cost. Participation is completely optional — whether you want to explore or simply relax, the weekend is yours to enjoy.

The local currency is the Mexican Peso, but U.S. dollars and credit cards are widely accepted at the resort and throughout Cabo. You may wish to bring a small amount of cash for tips or incidentals.
