Where is the wedding?

Answer

We are getting married at the property of Sydney's aunt and her family. This is a beautiful riverside venue nestled up in the mountains, with lots of space to host and natural beauty to enjoy. That being said it is where people live, so please be respectful to the land and clean up after yourselves. In addition, the road leading to the venue can be windy, so please drive with caution. Will there be a bar?

Answer

There will not be an official bar, but we will offer beer and cider. There will also be non-alcoholic drinks. Individuals are welcome to bring their own mix-ins, we just ask that you drink responsibly and respect that the venue is someone's home. Please note Uber, Lyft, and all ride-share options do not operate here, so make sure to have a designated driver and plan to get home safely.

Will there be service?

Answer

There is often no service up at the venue. So make sure to let your loved ones know that they won't be able to get ahold of you for awhile. Then unplug and enjoy the day with friends and family.

What should I wear?

Answer

This is a semi-formal garden party style event. What that means is that while we want everyone to look their best, but feel free to lose the tie and suit coat. Sundresses, boots, and maybe even a nice pair of Levi's are all acceptable options, all we ask is that you look your best however that may be. P.S. It will be on the grass so bring appropriate footwear.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes! If you have children we have accounted for them in the RSVPs. There is even a play area they may use on the property. We will also have coloring books, crayons, and garden games to keep your little ones busy. *please note this is a riverside property so please be responsible to watch your own littles.

Is there anything I can bring?

Answer

If you want to bring gifts that is more than welcome, but not expected. Ordering off the registry is helpful for packing and transportation, and in most cases preferable. There will be a gift table with boxes for cards and a honeymoon fund.

Answer

If you have a plus one, it will be indicated on the RSVP tab under your name.
