FAQs

Please see below for answers to our frequently asked questions.
Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm, so we recommend arriving by 3:30 PM (EST). This will allow plenty of time for parking, mingling, and finding your seat before we begin. Our venue offers a large parking lot with plenty of free parking available for all guests.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request a semi-formal dress code for our wedding and would love for our family and friends to dress up for the occasion. The ceremony will be held outdoors (on grass), followed by an indoor reception, so please dress accordingly and take care if wearing heels! For inspiration, please check out https://www.theknot.com/content/what-to-wear-semi-formal.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, simply visit the "RSVP" page on our website and complete the online form. Please respond at your earliest convenience and no later than April 10, 2026. If you cannot attend our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and indicate "Will not attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Will attend" but find that you cannot make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.

Question

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by April 10, 2026, we will have to mark you as "Will not attend". We must provide a final guest count to our vendors, and unfortunately, cannot accept late RSVPs. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have a plus one, it will be indicated when you RSVP. Otherwise, we kindly ask that only named guests attend. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we truly love your little ones, our wedding will have an age cutoff for children. We kindly ask that only children specifically listed on your RSVP attend. We hope you can enjoy a night off!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. We will have a professional photographer and videographer capturing it all. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like. We cannot wait to see them!

Question

Can I share pictures of your big day on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you wait to share photos or videos from our wedding on social media until we have had the chance to share a few of our own first. That said, we would absolutely love to see any moments you capture, so please feel free to send them our way!

Question

Who should I contact if I have more questions?

Answer

If you have any questions that are not answered in the FAQ, please feel free to email Samantha and Isaac at isaacandsamklarkowski@gmail.com. We are happy to help and will get back to you as soon as we can!
