Isaac and Patty first crossed paths in 2019 at Youth With A Mission in Salem, Oregon, where they both did their Discipleship Training School. They served side by side in youth ministry that spring, then went their separate ways—unaware that God was still gently weaving their stories together. Though distance and time passed, a quiet connection remained through mutual friends and social media. Five years later, God reunited them through a shared love for Him and a growing desire to serve in missions in Central Asia. Isaac was drawn to Patty’s deep prayer life and soon fell for her joyful, silly spirit, while Patty’s heart was captured by Isaac’s kindness, steadfast work ethic, and genuine devotion to God. Through prayer, patience, and trust in God’s timing, Isaac pursued Patty, and together they discovered a love rooted in faith, purpose, and grace.
