When should I RSVP by?

Answer

For planning purposes, please RSVP as soon as you are able! The deadline to RSVP is August 31, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is scheduled for 3pm - please plan to arrive at the ceremony 15-20 minutes ahead of time. Please note that our ceremony is a 10 minute walk from the parking lot. All guests receive free admission into the Arboretum! Feel free to arrive early to explore surrounding gardens. There is also time to enjoy the scenery after the ceremony during the cocktail hour!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is formal or black-tie optional. Please do not wear jeans.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have booked a block of rooms at Fairfield Inn in Eden Prairie. Please see the travel tab on this website for more information.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking and admission into the arboretum. Our ceremony will take place in the Sensory Garden, which is a 10 minute walk from the general parking lot. There is limited parking right next to the Sensory Garden - please let us know in advance if you will need to park closer and we can provide directions to that parking lot. Our reception will take place in the Synder Building, which is near the general parking lot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Because there is free and abundant parking at the Arboretum, there will not be transportation provided between the hotels and the ceremony/reception.
