The best way to get around Raleigh without a car is by Lyft or Uber. Downtown is fairly walkable and there are three hotels within walking distance to our Reception Venue - The Sheraton, the Marriott City Center, and the Residence Inn.
The reception is about a half mile away from the ceremony. You could walk from one to the other, but if you plan to be in heels we recommend driving.
Hummingbird Cafe, Plates Neighborhood Kitchen, Irregardless Cafe, The Pig at NOFO, Parkside Restaurant, Big Ed's City Market restaurant, and Humble Pie are all great brunch options. Of course, we always recommend making a reservation because these are very popular spots!
Haines's favorite is by far the Optimist Cafe. The coffee is amazing and they have the best breakfast sandwiches. If you're looking for something else some other good options are Idle Hour Coffee, Jubala Coffee, and Sola Coffee Cafe.
Quick Bites: Chopt Salad Company, Village Deli and Grill, Cava, Neomonde, Happy + Hale, Morgan Street Food Hall, Transfer Co. Food Hall Sit and Stay a while (reservations recommended!): Sitti, Caffe Luna, Cantina 18, Taverna Agora, Salt and Lime Cabo Grill, Mellow Mushroom, Trophy Brewing and Pizza, Wilson's Eatery, CO Asian Cuisine, Winston's Grill, Poole's, Whiskey Kitchen
Breweries: Lynnwood Brewing Concern, Trophy Brewing, Bowstring Brewing Cocktails: Stir Raleigh, Whiskey Kitchen, Wye Hill, Dram and Draught, Watts and Ward
