Irene met Kelvin during her senior year at USC, at the beginning of Badminton Club tryouts. She wasn't very impressed with his skills (at first) but his dedication and easy-going nature caught her eye. Much time was spent together at practice, tournaments, and team hangouts and soon they were close friends. Though feelings blossomed between the two, they weren't revealed until Kelvin worked up the courage to write Irene a heartfelt letter describing his idea of their future together. The rest is history - Badminton truly brings people together!
