Austin was an intern at Pixar. Irene was working at Chronicle Books. One fall day, Irene goes to Pixar to set up and work the Chronicle booth in the Pixar Atrium. Austin wanders to the booth and the two chat over a torn copy of “The Art of Incredibles.” At the end of the day, they say goodbye, both feeling sad that that might be the last time they see each other. After some social media stalking that night, Austin asks Irene out and the rest is history.

After a fun-filled day of church, modern art and bison, Austin took Irene to a Land’s End in San Francisco for a sunset walk. As the sky turned pink and when they found the perfect spot that overlooks the water, Austin gets down on one knee and asks Irene to marry him. Irene immediately starts crying and giggling and she says, “yes.” Thank you so much for celebrating this next adventure of our lives with us! See you in Walnut Creek!
