Hi! I'm Anna Ingraham; Irene's maid of honor. Irene and I have been friends since childhood. We grew up with older brothers the same age who became best friends and we too became best friends. We have spent years together in the same school in the Spanish Immersion Program. We played basketball together from elementary school through our senior year. We have been there for each other through life’s challenges. Currently, I live in Oregon with my dog and boyfriend!

I'm currently enlisted in the USAF as a physical therapy technician. Providing rehabilitation care for our service members has developed into a passion. I met Irene through mutual friends a few years back, and ever since then we have been very close. Hello everyone, I am Alexis Trombley. I met Irene when my family and I moved from Florida to Alaska when I was 6. I remember the first time ever meeting her when Irene and her mother came walking up the driveway to introduce themselves as our neighbors! Through the years Irene and I have made some pretty awesome memories like playing Halo together, jumping on the trampoline, going on bike rides, going to prom together, going downtown on Saturday nights, and many more. Irene is not just a friend but rather a sister and I am grateful to have her in my life. I love you Irene and I’m so happy for you and Alex!

Irene and I met when we 4-5 years old. We’ve been close friends since — having seen each other through our most formative years and everything in between. It feels just like yesterday she was at my house, raiding my kitchen pantry for Pop Tarts or riding passenger in my obnoxious yellow slug bug on our way to class. Although I no longer live in Alaska, Irene helps me feel close to home. I’m excited to be by her side for such a big milestone.

I met Alex in the 8th grade during math class where he was crunchin' numbers and I was sitting behind him writing down those numbers. I'm a gamer boy not a skater boy and you can always identify me in a crowd by the Corona in my hand or my signature glasses.

Irene and I met when we were babies. Our moms were good friends and neighbors leading to their sons and daughters spending much of their lives growing up together. We act like sisters, with love, support, sassiness, and annoyance (Irene threw a shoe at my head for trying to wake her up for school)! We've known each other all our lives and I cant wait to be a part of their special day!

After graduation with a Bachelor, and Associate Degree, I decided to pursue pilot training and graduated flight school at Angel Aviation out of Merrill field. I am beyond excited to be a part of Reno and Irene’s wedding as a groomsman. Alex is like a brother to me and my brother's words can express how happy I am for you my dude. Love hard and laugh often!

Irene and I met through a mutual friend when I first moved to Alaska in 2018. We solidified our friendship when Irene insisted on accompanying me on a trip to Wasilla to pick up a cat I saw on Craigslist. At Irene’s 22nd birthday party I met my boyfriend, Zach, and we just celebrated three years together. I am currently enrolled in Occupational Therapy school and will graduate in May of 2024.

I met Irene during their first year at APU (Alaska Pacific Univ.) During our second semester, we quickly went from strangers to friends and roommates (shoutout to Mom-Joyce for taking in APU strays). While life has taken us to different states, cities, colleges, and through different chapters of our lives, the support has never stopped. I can’t wait to be a part of another memorable Irene moment!

I met Irene during her first year at APU, where *shocker* we did not gel very well. Irene was persistent and eventually wore me down, and after she returned from New Mexico, we bonded over shared beauty, brains, and impressive feats of stubbornness. Covid brought us even closer together, when a really rough breakup for myself coincided with the world reopening and Taco (Irene and Alex's dog) needing a full time babysitter. Taco and I hung out every week and together, him and Irene helped me remember that friends are always there for you and can mend even the hardest heartbreak.

My name is JaRon Cunningham and I met Alex at the local playground when I was 5 and ever since we've been close friends. I am currently working at Ketchikan School-Age Care and Kennicott Youth Center located on the Elmendorf side of our Air Force Base. I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. I plan on going back to school and getting my major in kinesiology and hopefully get into a chiropractic school after that. Just living day by day and trying to spread Gods word best I can, when I can ❤️.

Hi everyone I am Jocelyn and I met Irene while attending APU together! I am originally from Connecticut and moved to Alaska to obtain my degree and now I live in Colorado. I am always looking for my next adventure and love spending most of my time outside usually on a mountain-side somewhere. Irene is one of the best people I know. She’s one of those friends that you can call any time of the day and she will help you out, (as long as she’s not working, then she usually sends a "stand-in" lol). Some of my favorite memories were late nights laughing at memories from APU and watching movies in her mountain-painted room that I helped her paint when she and Alex moved in to their first place together. I cannot wait to be a part of their special day!

I met Irene while attending APU. While the first few encounters didn’t go well (Meagan did not like Irene); we soon became best friends. I even had the privilege of spending a summer living with Irene and her mom (her dad was on a hiking adventure). We went from crazy college girls to the coolest dog moms around Anchorage. You can usually find us and our dogs at Anchorage Brewing Company on most summer nights.

I'm Phoebe and I work as a special needs teacher in Florida and live the horse girl life!. I was born and raised in Alaska and went to school with Irene from elementary school through my junior year of High School. I then decided to pursue my horse girl dreams and moved out of state. I am Irene’s biggest long distance fan. Our friendship is the longest one I have had. I am so grateful to have a friendship that has endured the test of time, distance, and things much more challenging than that, like high school and horse shows. I am so happy that Irene has found such a fantastic partner in Alex and feel so lucky to be a part of their special day!

I am a 14 year resident of Alaska and fortunate enough to call Alaska “home” longer than previous residencies. I was born in Lakewood, New Jersey, and spent my adolescence in Florida’s Space Coast – Brevard County. I met Alex through TKE (a fraternity) at UAA in 2014. As a 1-501 IN Airborne Veteran, the army is what initially brought me to Alaska. After exiting the service in 2011, I’ve held multiple private sector capacities: transportation and distribution, oil and gas, and telecommunications. My wife, Analisa Castillo, is a Director at Alaska Communications Systems, and we have two beautiful daughters.
