The Hunt Is OVER!

Stephen randomly added me as a friend on Snapchat, and I accepted because Why not? Stephen made the effort to message me by commenting on my stories and from there we started a great friendship and talked ALOT. We learned we had many friends in common and he recognized me because he knew my ex. (yes we can laugh about it!). We then decided to meet in person and instantly clicked! This is where our story began!

YUP! We got engaged during a Pandemic! So this is how it goes... Stephen made plans for us to go to the Range with our friends Melissa and Ian to "shoot the new toys". I thought nothing of it because we go to the range together a lot! Then he told me his parents were also coming, this is where I started asking questions. You see Stephen and I had been together 2.5 years and I had only seen his mom come to the range once. So I asked, does your mom shoot? His response was yeah sometimes! SO I brushed it off. We got to the range and set up and are shooting. I had been shooting my new handgun so I tell Stephen I want to go look at my target.... When Stephen says NO, you have to shoot my new gun. I wasn't all that interested but I sat down, look through the site and he tells me to look at 4 to the left (each spot has 2 targets). Well the genius that I am, looks at 4 to the right. I am staring at this target with Stephen asking, Do you see the words, what do they say? My response what words?! This convo goes on and we're all laughing. (seriously if you haven't seen the video, you need to!) I finally figured out my left from my right and I see the target. The target says Will you take a shot at forever with me? I WAS SHOCKED! I turned to see Ian taking pictures on my left and turn to the right to see Stephen down on one knee. Of course I said yes! (and maybe cried too).
