Travel Note

Plan ahead

There have not been a block of rooms booked for out of town guests. Everyone has preferences and our Ceremony/Reception will be held right outside of Orlando. Some may choose to stay close to family in Orlando, or Casselberry/Maitland to be near the venue. PLEASE make accommodations early. It is summer time in central FL and the closer the date the more challenging availability may be.

Flight

MCO-orlando internation airport

MCO is the code for the local International Airport. There is also an airport in Sanford, FL but it is not international. The airport is huge and there are a lot of rental car companies that you may choose to rent from.

Train

Amtrack

There is an active Amtrack train stop in Orlando, near Downtown. IF you choose this as your mode of transportation to get to town, be prepared to have a rental vehicle reserved at the location, or make other arrangements to get to your lodging.
