We're excited for you to join us! The cost of the three night stay is $650.00 (545 €) per person. All events listed on the "Schedule" page will be covered! Castello di Ristonchi consists of 25 apartments from studios to 3-bedrooms. Each apartment has its own private bathroom. Some apartments in the tower have lots of stairs but also the best views. We have a master list of all the apartments and as friends/families RSVP, we will be assigning rooms. Some of our guests may be asked to stay together in apartments, if flexible. We look forward to acting as a middle man and working with each of you to be sure that you are fully accommodated during your stay.
Please click the "RSVP" at the top of this website where you will select "Will Attend" or "Will Not Attend". Once you RSVP "Will Attend", we will reach out with a payment link to reserve your stay with Ristonchi. As it gets closer to the event, we will reach out with a Google Form to collect some additional information. We know this is a big decision - please take the time you need. Note: The final date to RSVP and pay for your accommodations will be June 18, 2026. IMPORTANT: Ristonchi does NOT offer refunds once payment is made so we ask that you are 100% sure you will be attending before RSVPing "Yes" & completing your payment.
Unfortunately, you are not able to stay at the castle once the wedding weekend is over. However, there are multiple villas close by if you are interested in extending your stay in Tuscany - please reach out personally if you are interested in the recommendations.
We highly recommend you take advantage of the shuttle services that will be provided to and from the Florence Airport. Once you RSVP "Will Attend" we will reach out with a Google Form to collect flight information. We will work with the team at Ristonchi to create a transportation schedule that works best for our guests. Transportation information will be updated when a schedule has been created. *Please note: transportation will also be provided when departing from the castle. Guests will be dropped off at Florence Airport. For guests flying into Rome, we recommend taking the train to Florence and then a short tram or taxi ride to the Florence airport for pickup. If you will be renting a car, the castle provides parking for all guests. The castle is secluded so please bring everything special (like medication) you'll need for the weekend with you. Here's a helpful list of some items to add to your packing list: - Wedding ceremony & reception: cocktail attire - Swimsuit, Sunscreen, Sunglasses - Sandals - Toiletrees - Hairdryer (hairdryers are in each room but in case you prefer your own) /Straightener/Curling Iron - don’t forget a converter! - Hair, skin and makeup products - Mosquito repellant and after bite cream - Copies of your passport - Medications - Small sewing kit, (for last minute issues) - Comfortable shoes (if you plan on walking or hiking) - Sweater/Light Jacket/Wrap (please be sure to check the weather) - Euros and credit cards - Italian adapters and converters (2 prongs) *Note: the wedding will be outside on the lawn so choose footwear accordingly! The rooms will have bed linens, a towel per guest, hand soap, shampoo packet(s) & hairdryers.
Yes! There is wifi throughout the common areas, outside and within all rooms.
We will be providing alcohol during most events. Check out the schedule - any time alcohol is mentioned, it will be provided. However, the Ristonchi Reception will have snacks and drinks, including specialty cocktails, beer, and wine available at all other times. Typical hours are 9 am - 9 pm, but will be open later on certain occasions. All items will be added to your individual guest room bill, which must be paid in full upon check out - they accept all major credit cards except American Express.
Yes, there will be an ironing station for anyone needing to iron or steams their clothes during their stay.
Generally not required for US citizens. Just make sure to have a current passport with an expiration date at least 6 months from your expected return date. *Note: Italy is launching a new travel requirement (ETIAS) that is scheduled to launch the LAST QUARTER of 2026 which means this should NOT effect us in September. We will continue to monitor this and update with information if things change.
