You will have a buffet of fresh, local ingredients to choose from so you can have a real Italian experience and create the pizza of your dreams!

BREAKFAST ON THE TERRACE (9:00 am - 10:30 am): Indulge in some fresh bread with local jams and honey, cheese, yogurt, muesli. Includes coffee, juice and water. FARM TOUR & TASTING (10:00 am - 11:30 am): OPTIONAL event. Tour the olive groves, beehives, organic veggie garden, and more. The walk will conclude with a tasting of artisanal products. POOL & PANINIS (12:30 pm - 2:30 pm): Join us poolside and order up paninis and take a dip in the pool! CEREMONY (4:30 pm): On the Fattoria Lawn. APERITIVO (5:00 pm): Join everyone on the terrace to sip on Prosecco and indulge on the freshest seasonal appetizers. WEDDING DINNER (6:30 pm): A four-course family style Italian feast prepared fresh by the Castello Chef using locally sourced seasonal ingredients while siping on unlimited red/white wine. AFTER PARTY IN RAVE CAVE (Saturday, September 19, 2025, 9:00 pm - Sunday, September 20, 2025, 1:30 am): Drinks and dancing in the Castello's "Rave Cave". Enjoy a four hour open bar extravaganza.

BRUNCH ON THE TERRACE (10:00 AM - 11:30 AM): Join us on the terrace for a hot brunch to cure your hangover with a delicious spread of healthy and local ingredients. Includes coffee, juice and water. BBQ BY THE POOL (1:00 pm): Want to take the afternoon for yourself to recover? Go on a hike in the Tuscan forest? No problem! But we will be poolside hosting a good 'ole fashion American BBQ and hope you will join us. BONUS: unlimited gelato by the pool from 3 pm - 6 pm! PASTA MAKING CLASS (6:00 pm - 9:00 pm): It's our final night together and we'd love nothing more than for everyone to come together to learn how to make fresh pasta from the Castello's Master Chef and drink wine on the terrace for one final sunset.
