I can’t believe my brother Ben is getting married! Growing up, Ben was the troublemaker in my family. Even though I was known as the rule follower, I was always drawn to doing whatever Ben wanted to do because it was usually more fun. He may have taken the bulk of the blame for digging mud pits in our front yard and throwing house parties for the whole island, but those were some of my fondest memories. I wouldn’t want anyone other than Ben to call my brother. Ben has come so far since those nostalgic formative years. I can genuinely say I’m proud of the confident, genuine, kind and intelligent man he’s become, all while continuing to create such good vibes for everyone. Ben deserves the very best, and I am so grateful that this person is Inez! So Inez & Ben, I’m so happy for you guys. I’m extremely excited to see where both of you go in life. But before all that, we need to celebrate and turn up that bass!

One of the few things we have control over in this wacky world are the people we surround ourselves with. I’ve known Ben since the summer before high school but it seems like a lifetime ago. I remember first meeting over Skype to play some Minecraft and I remember when we were freshman and thought we were badasses for drinking beer in the jacuzzi. It’s insane when you think about all the growth we shared throughout our lives and I’m deeply grateful that Ben was one of my friends that I could lean on. I’m beyond glad to call you one of my closest friends, and I’ve never known someone who can charge so confidently into the future but still remain introspective. Inez you are amazing, and Ben and Inez you two are a wonderful match! I could not be happier for you two, but I have no idea how Ben got so lucky ha. Congratulations again Ben and Inez!

I've known Ben since the seventh grade and our friendship has changed my life for the better. While we didn't become friends immediately after we met, I now consider Ben family and can't imagine what my life would be otherwise. Ben and I met when I first got to Boulder for college. We immediately became friends and began developing that friendship. After a year we moved in together. Despite how hectic the house was, our bond grew. When covid hit and the world shut down Ben invited me to live with him on Maui for a month. A combination of best friends and crazy adventures made it the best summer of my life. That summer Ben met Inez and they immediately seemed like they were meant to be. Ben is not only a friend but an influence on how to enjoy life. Congrats to two of the best people I know! I cant wait to see the adventures we go on down the road.
