Kayangan Lake
Kayangan Lake is a crystal-clear freshwater lake in Coron, featuring underwater rock formations, caves and islets. You can swim, snorkel and dive in Kayangan Lake, and hike the overlooking mountain for panoramic views of the area.
Mount Tapyas Viewdeck
Mount Tapyas is the most popular viewpoint in Coron Town, with sweeping views over the rolling hills and a direct look towards the epic Coron Island in Palawan. The view doesn’t come easy though, to reach the giant cross at the summit, you need to climb 721 steps. In the piercing sun of Coron, this is a challenge that leaves many drenched in sweat and gasping for breath once they reach the top.
Maquinit Hot Spring
Maquinit is one of the very few saltwater hot springs in the world. Located along the southern coast of Busuanga Island, it is one 30-minute tricycle ride away from the town proper of Coron along a rough, curvy road. It is said that the water gets heated by a volcano and springs up into the two-tiered circular pool. Its rough walls are built from stacks of rocks and its floors strewn with pebbles — not very friendly to the soles at first touch but adds a more natural feel, as if the surrounding mangrove forest and the adjacent beach are not enough.
Barracuda Lake
BARRACUDA LAKE, SITUATED ON THE north shore of Coron island in the Philippines, offers one of the most unique diving experiences in the world. Occasionally referred to as Luluyuan Lake by locals, its crystal blue waters hidden between majestic rocky formations aren’t big on actual barracudas and other wildlife. Instead, divers can experience a thermocline and halocline unlike anywhere else.
Twin Lagoon
There are plenty of must-see attractions in Coron, and Twin Lagoon is one of the most popular. This great location is a lagoon made up of two bodies of water separated by stunning limestone cliffs on one of the several islets that make up the Calamian Archipelago in Palawan. It has some of the region's most outstanding geological features, and its breathtaking landscape and unrivaled natural beauty make it a must-see destination.
Siete Pecados
Siete Pecados is the name of a group of 7 small rocky islets laying a few hundred meters off Busuanga Island’s coast. This spot is one of the most popular in Palawan, and the easiest to get to from Coron town. The coral reefs surrounding the islets are among the healthiest in the region, even though they are visited by crowds of snorkelers daily. Siete Pecados has lots of reef fish, some turtles, and huge schools of barracudas.
Lusong Coral Garden
Lusong Coral Garden, the vast coral garden beneath Lusong Island in southwestern Coron, Palawan province, offers crystal-clear water and great visibility. This is thanks to a strong current that constantly moves, benefitting both the corals and the visitors. The aquatic area is so large that local guides allow divers and snorkelers to spread out to the different areas of the reef system. It is often remarked that the corals here outnumber the fish.
Malcapuya Island
Malcapuya Island is a white sand island located two hours from Coron city. It is one of Coron's most beautiful and deserted beaches.
Skeleton Shipwreck
Skeleton Wreck is a 25m long Japanese supply ship that was hit by an airstrike during WWII by US Airforce. The ship now rests at a depth of 5m ranging to 22m at the deepest. It is an awesome spot in Coron, Palawan for free-diving or scuba diving as well as snorkeling on the surface.
Pukaway Cave Underground Lake
Unlike other caves, this cave did not have that big mouth where people can easily go inside. Instead, it has a very narrow mouth which makes entering the cave a bit challenging. Tourists are encouraged to wear helmets and clog shoes for protection. But there is no need to worry because in just a few steps you are already inside the cave. Freediving in Pukaway Cave is definitely a MUST! The water inside the cave is so clear you can see the rock formations below even without snorkeling. What more if you dive in the water with masks and/or goggles on.
Calauit Island National Park
The Calauit Safari Park is a 3,700-hectare game reserve and wildlife sanctuary in Calauit Island off Palawan province 's coast. This features African giraffes and zebras carried by a supposed translocation habitat trial involving Kenyan President Jomo Kenyatta and Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos. The sanctuary was established August 31, 1976.
Lualhati Park
Lualhati Park is Coron’s baywalk. It is part of the reclaimed space which the government established to serve as the main anchorage for boats and ships traveling in and out of Coron. It is said that this place was erected in tribute of the town mayor’s mother.

It is truly a one-stop souvenir shop. The rooms were crammed full of all sorts of souvenirs, handicrafts, clothing and accessories, home decor, accent pieces and more.
Cashew Factory
Palawan is the leading production center of Cashew or Kasoy in Tagalog, where more than 90 percent of the 2.6 million bearing trees are found.
