Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

As we eagerly anticipate our wedding on June 8th, kindly RSVP through our provided link on or before May 8th, 2024. To ensure everyone has a chance to join the celebration, we'll need to confirm your attendance promptly. If we don't receive a response from you by the deadline, we'll unfortunately have to offer your seats to others on our waiting list. Thank you for your understanding and we can't wait to see you there!

Question

Do you need my arrival and departure details?

Answer

To secure your spot, please note your arrival and departure dates on your RSVP confirmation, along with your booked accommodation information, by May 8th, 2024. This ensures we can make necessary arrangements and avoid any last-minute changes. If we don't receive this information, we may need to offer your place to someone on our waiting list.

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding cash gift?

Answer

We appreciate your thoughtfulness in considering a monetary gift for our special day. To make it convenient for you, feel free to present your gift to us personally during the wedding. Alternatively, you can transfer the gift directly to our bank accounts using the details provided on our 'Registry' tab.

Question

How much pocket money should I bring during my stay?

Answer

When planning your trip to Coron for our special event, please consider the duration of your stay and the activities you'd like to participate in. Average expenses include an environmental fee of 200, accommodation costs of about 2,500 per night, meals at around 150-200 each, tour activities ranging from 900-1,500, and airport transfers at 400 roundtrip. Budget accordingly to make the most of your time with us in this beautiful location.

Question

What to expect upon arrival in Coron?

Answer

Upon arriving in Coron, guests will be asked to pay an Environmental Fee at the Airport/Tourist One Stop Site, which costs PHP 200 for those aged 11 and above, and PHP 100 for children below 10. This fee helps maintain the area's beauty. To reach Coron town, you can take a van from the airport for PHP 200 per person each way, or if you're a larger group, you can contact Partenaire PH to arrange a private van for around PHP 1,500.

Question

Are there provided land transfers?

Answer

We've got you covered with our land van transfers during our special weekend, June 7-9. To make your travel smooth, we'll provide specific routes and batches. On June 7, we'll have transfers from the airport or Coron Town Proper to your accommodation in Ocam Ocam/Busuanga. On June 8, we'll help you move from the pier to your accommodation, then to the church, the church to reception, and finally, from the reception back to your accommodation. Lastly, on June 9, we'll assist you in reaching the airport, Coron Town Proper, or the pier from your Ocam Ocam accommodation. Stay tuned for the detailed van schedule, which we'll share through our Facebook group chat starting May 9. Happy travels!

Question

What if we miss the provided land Transfer to Ocam Ocam?

Answer

The best way to get there is by taking a daily scheduled van trip at 10 AM from Coron Public Market to New Busuanga. You will arrive at Salvacion which is where the Church is located. Or if you are heading straight to Ocam Ocam, from there, you can rent your motorbike or ride a tricycle to Ocam Ocam Beach, which costs 400-500 pesos.

Question

What is expected from us for the Ceremony?

Answer

Kindly adhere to the following rules: Arrive on time, as latecomers will not be permitted entry. The ceremony begins at 2:00 pm. Please dress formally and modestly, avoiding shorts, see-through, revealing clothes, sleeveless outfits, pants/jumpsuits for females, and slippers. Ladies should sit on the right side, and gentlemen on the left. During the ceremony, no photography or videography is allowed; an official photographer will be capturing the moments for you. Please enjoy and appreciate the sacredness of the event without the use of mobile phones or cameras.

Question

What can we expect in Ocam Ocam?

Answer

You can expect a unique experience in a secluded, nature-filled environment. The 2-hour drive, with the last 30 minutes on a rough road, adds to the adventure. The area has limited dining options. Network signals are intermittent in the area, but Wi-Fi is available for your convenience. Be prepared for potentially hot weather in June, so bring sun protection, insect repellent, and hydration. Lastly, be mindful of sand mites and jellyfish at the beach, requiring protective swimwear and appropriate first-aid essentials.

Question

What are the house rules in the Reception?

Answer

We kindly ask you to park in the general parking area as the spots near the venue are reserved for service vehicles only. Complimentary shuttle vans will be available to take you back to your accommodations. Please enjoy our pool during the after-party, but remember to keep noise levels down after 3 am. Glassware should not be taken near the pool, and we kindly request no drugs or smoking inside the main building and rooms. If you need to step outside for a smoke, please do so responsibly.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one/children?

Answer

We appreciate your enthusiasm to celebrate our special day with us. Due to venue and capacity constraints, we regret to inform you that we can only accommodate the invited guests for both the ceremony and reception. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions for plus ones or children, even if you are to offer to pay for the extra slot. We kindly request your understanding and respect for our decision, as it is crucial for us to maintain the intimacy and exclusivity of our wedding event. Nevertheless, we encourage you to bring your plus ones or children for post-wedding celebration/tour in Coron, where we can all enjoy the festivities together.

Question

How can we avail tour packages?

Answer

Coron tour packages offer an exciting island-hopping experience with plenty of swimming opportunities. To enhance your adventure, consider bringing your own fins. The packages include hotel pick-up and drop-off, entrance fees, a licensed tour guide, a tourist boat, life vests, cottage rentals, snacks during the island tour, and a semi-buffet lunch. For smooth organization and potential discounts, contact Partenaire PH in advance to arrange group tours with local agencies.

Question

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Please note this on your RSVP.

Question

I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?

Answer

Please contact our coordinator - Partenaire PH - via messenger for more information. Please look for Ms Shara.
