Ilyse is a high school ELL teacher who spends her time reading books and hanging out with her people! Her favorite thing about Zach is his ability to make her laugh alongside how patient and kind he is. Ilyse and Zach are two peas in a pod who love to drive around listening to music and spend time together. Our favorite book is "House of Leaves" by Mark Z. Danielewski if you're in need of a 736 page work of experimental horror to read before bed!

Zach is Ilyse's better half, he is kind, loving, and always there to help someone in need. Zachary and Ilyse met in 2021 on Hinge and started dating in June of 2022. Zach proposed in Berea, Kentucky in a beautiful cabin in the woods on October 9th, 2025. He put Ilyse's ring inside of their favorite book "House of Leaves." Zach says that his favorite thing about Ilyse is that they can have great conversation and that when he gets overwhelmed and needs time to himself it doesn't mean time away from her because the two of them can just be in the same place without any added stress or worry.

Tabitha is Ilyse's younger sister, car ride partner, and Maid of Honor. Tabitha has been there through it all, from Christmas cookie creations to long book conversations, she is sunshine personified and can always make someone laugh.

Tyrone has been Zachary’s best friend since kindergarten. They’ve pretty much grown up together, Tyrone’s the kind of friend who’s always there, whether it’s for a good laugh or some solid conversation. He and Zachary have shared a lot of memories over the years, and it just makes sense that Tyrone’s standing by his side as his best man.

Zach and Emily have known each other for almost a decade. Emily has been Zach and Ethan's roommate for years, they've grown from teenagers to their late twenties together and Em is like a sister to them. Emily has a kind heart and is always down for adventures, insane jokes, and the occasional trip to explore somewhere new.

Maggie is full of love and has perfect comedic timing, she's always down for a girl day, and is the perfect listening ear. She also does a wonderful French accent :)

Evan called Zach from his great-grandfather’s house, and when Zach’s mom saw the caller ID, she recognized the name right away. That phone call led to the surprising discovery that they shared the same great-grandfather and had been cousins all along!
