Everyone attending our wedding will be staying on the property of the venue! As soon as we have all the RSVPs we will send out a link for billing information. We will then choose everyones rooms. There are two types of rooms, Classic for $250 with no AC and Superior $350 with AC. There will be a question for preference in the RSVP but selection is limited. We will do our best to accomodate everyones desires!

Flight

Amerigo Vespucci Airport - Florence, Italy (FLR)

A few airports are around our venue, but we recommend flying into Florence as it is the most convenient and affordable airport from our Venue. We also highly recommend flying Scandinavian Airlines; they are the most affordable airline, and we were very comfortable when we flew last year. If you want to travel with us, we will fly out on Monday, August 25th.

Rental Car

SRC Rent Car Autonoleggio Firenze Aeroporto

Sixt and SRC are the top rated rental car companies. There are also Groupons for Avis and Budget car rentals. DO NOT USE SURPRICE! We had a bad experience when we went to Italy in April using Surprice Car Rentals. Make sure you specify automatic if you do not want a manual - they mostly use manual drive in Italy so this will be important to mention!

Travel Note

Group Transportation with Private Driver

If you would prefer not to drive in Italy there are many driving services that will pick you up from the airport, take you to our venue, and even bring you on a wine tour and other excursions on your way. If this seems like the better option for you we recommend booking these services in groups and coordinate together to save money. We have linked a luxury option below called Florence In Limo. Some more traditional shuttle services are Transfeero and Viator.
