Is there a deadline to RSVP?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is December 1, 2025. When submitting your resonse, the earlier the better, however, submitting your RSVP by the deadline is a must so we can plan accordingly. If we don't hear from you by then, we'll assume you're cheering us on from afar (you will be missed). Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate guests who RSVP late or show up without a response.

Can I bring a guest?

We’ve carefully planned our guest list to include those dearest to us. We kindly ask that you only bring the guest(s) listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, you're good to go!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be romantic and elegant — we’d love for our guests to dress in ALL BLACK formal attire, worthy of the spotlight.

Are children invited?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of the children participating in our ceremony. Treat yourself to a night out, you deserve it!

Will there be parking available?

Yes! Complimentary parking is available on site.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 1:11pm. We kindly ask guests to arrive at 12:11pm to find your seat and take in the moment before the festivities begin.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will be indoors. January in Houston can be a bit chilly but we recommend keeping an eye on the weather and dressing accordingly in case of unexpected conditions.

Absolutely! After “I do,” join us for a night of cocktails, dinner, and dancing.

Will there be any cultural elements?

Get ready to make it rain! In honor of Ijeoma's Nigerian heritage, our reception will include a traditional Nigerian money dance where guests "spray" the newlyweds with cash symbolizing prosperity. If you'd like to participate, please bring small bills to help celebrate in a fun and meaningful way. Your presence is the greatest gift, but we'd love for you to take part in this moment.

When does the celebration end?

Our reception will wrap up around 9pm, but we hope the love, laughter, and joy of this day last forever in your hearts. ❤️
