All wedding festivities, including the ceremony and reception, will be held at the Embassy Suites on the Rock River and Davis Park. The ceremony will take place at 4:30 PM on Saturday July 27, 2024. Navigating to an unfamiliar location can be tricky and traffic in downtown Rockford can be unpredictable with various events in the downtown area. Please leave plenty of time to arrive, park and be seated 15 min prior to the start of the ceremony. Cocktail Hour will begin immediately following the ceremony. Hors d’oeuvres and drinks can be enjoyed before the reception begins at 5:30 PM inside the Embassy Suites Exhibition Room.

We invite you to be truly present with us during our nuptials with an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony conclusion! We will be using the hashtag #SwitchingToSeaworth to tag photos you take throughout the night to post to social media. We promise to share the ceremony photos promptly after the wedding!
Although we love your little ones, we would like to give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.
Our wedding will have an open bar! It will also be heavily photographed so any drunken shenanigans will be well documented and thoroughly mocked for years to come.
We would love to share our special day with as many people as possible however our wedding is strictly RSVP only with a guest list for ease of preparation. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. After receiving your invite or Save the Date, please visit our RSVP page. Those who have an "Optional Guest" listed can RSVP "yes" for themselves and their guest. Please remember to provide their full name for planning purposes.
