Rocky Mountain National Park
We love to travel to national parks, camp, hike, fish...etc. RMNP is one of our favorite places to frequent in the summer and fall seasons.
Denver Botanic Gardens Chatfield Farms
This is closer to the wedding venue and area of hotels recommended. Get outdoors and have a walk around the gardens, it's a beautiful place!
Evergreen
Evergreen is fairly close to the wedding venue location. Go to the lake and paddle board (be wary of elk and stay back), or go to Beau jo's pizza just across the road in downtown Evergreen, hike, explore...etc
Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre
Red rocks hosts a lot of concerts and you can go to visit the amazing natural formations and hike around the area! The stairs are no joke however so prepare!
Garden of the Gods
This is our neck of the woods! Walk around, enjoy the natural rock formations with Pikes Peak in the background. It truly is a beautiful place! This is south of Denver, about 1 hour away
