WILL THIS EVENT BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outside in a garden, the reception to follow is a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. Drinks, dancing, and seating will be outside under the pavilion. You can find the food and cake inside the Orangerie, where there is also additional seating.

WHERE DO WE PARK WHEN WE GET THERE?

Answer

Upon entering the facility, you should see signs directing you to the parking locations. Parking is available on both sides of the visitor center. In the case that these lots fill up, additional parking will be opened in the field next to the children's garden.

HOW DO WE GET TO THE RECEPTION FROM THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The reception will be at the same facility as the ceremony. Once the ceremony ends, guests can proceed down any of the walkways, which will lead them straight to the pavilion. The Orangerie is located directly in front of the ceremony garden.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Formal Garden Party Attire: Dressy sundresses, fun colors, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats if you'd like. Keep in mind it can be warm in May here in Louisiana, so wear whatever you feel most comfortable in!
