Please RSVP here on this website with a "yes" or "no" by May 1, 2025. This timeline will ensure that we give all of our vendors the proper numbers and make the proper adjustments for all attendees.
The ceremony will be in a grass field a short distance from the reception. The reception hall is indoors with an outdoor patio where we will dance the night away.
Our only suggestion would be to wear shoes you feel comfortable walking on grass in. The ceremony is in a grass field, and we don't want your adorable shoes to get you stuck!
The average temperature in Spearfish in June is 77° for a high and 53° for a low. The sun makes for a beautiful day, but a light sweater might be more comfortable for you in the evenings.
Dinner will be catered by Qdoba. Each item will be in an individual pan, so if there is something you cannot eat - simply don't put it on your plate. If there are any life-threatening allergies to any of the items, please let us know so we can ensure a higher priority on keeping those items separated from the others.
Spending time with you over the weekend is the best gift you could give. If you are looking for something more, you can contribute to our honeymoon on the Zola website.
The bar will be open for a "his", "hers", "ours", and a coors banquet. If you’d like a drink at the bar outside of our selection, please bring cash.
We have hired a photographer and videographer to capture our special moments for the day. We request the ceremony be unplugged for our enjoyment and yours, and photos will be shared with everyone.
Yes, there will be parking available behind The Social Hall.
