Boston Logan (BOS) and Providence (PVD) are the closest major airports. From each, you can rent a car and drive about 2 hours to Wellfleet, depending on summer traffic. Provincetown (PVC) and Barnstable/Hyannis (HYA) also have their own smaller municipal airports you can fly into and then rent a car.
