When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner the better. But for sure before Thanksgiving 2023.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be having a catered buffet, and are making sure that the food will be allergy-friendly. When you RSVP, please let us know of any dietary restrictions you have so we can ensure we have you covered.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Anywhere between dressy casual and semi-formal. We want you to be comfortable, but feel free to dress up if you'd like! The ceremony is planned to be outside so dress warmly. Heels will be just fine on the stone and artificial grass.

Is the venue difficult to find?

Answer

Though it's not incredibly difficult to find, the route to the venue includes small country roads which may lead to spotty cell reception. We encourage you to download directions to and from the venue beforehand. There is minimal lighting on these roads so please use caution.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no later than 10-15 minutes before the ceremony to allow yourself plenty of time to park and make your way to the ceremony location. We plan to start the ceremony on time and will wait for no one...maybe not even the bride or groom.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty. Please park in the marked spaces. Do not park on the grass or along the driveway leading up to the parking lot.

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

No. Our venue prohibits anyone from bringing their own alcohol on the premises. We will have an open bar and a tip jar will be available. PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY!

Is smoking/vaping allowed at the venue?

Answer

Smoking/vaping is permitted outdoors only.

Question

Can I bring drugs and/or firearms to the venue?

Answer

No you may not. These are not allowed on the premises. There will also be a security officer present to ensure the venue's policies are enforced.

How late are we going to party?

Answer

Although we would love to celebrate with you all night, we're probably going to be very tired. Plus, the venue requires us to make sure everything is clean and everyone is out by midnight.
