Do we need to be tested to attend?

Answer

As of May 19th, NY state does NOT require guests to be tested for COVID-19, for weddings less than 250 people inside (our wedding guest count meets this requirement so no testing required).

What safety precautions are you taking to make this wedding as safe as possible?

Answer

There will be sanitizers at each table and masks provided for the event. As of now, NY state does not allow any dancing at the event besides the special dances (i.e. bride and groom first dance). All catering staff at the event will be constantly sanitizing and wearing face masks, as well.

Where are some other great places to stay?

Answer

Other than Jake's 58, If you're looking to be close to the reception we recommend Hampton Inn in Farmingville, NY. If you're looking to be closer to the ceremony location we recommend Danford's Hotel and Marina in Port Jefferson, NY.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail or formal, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Only the little ones in our bridal party. We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Use us as an excuse to turn this into a mini getaway.
