https://www.kiltrentalusa.com is a great website to rent a kilt. We would recommend the half rental package this gives you a kilt and most of the basics, you would just need to wear your own formal shirt.

Yes, there is a large parking lot at the venue and signs will be posted from the main road to help navigate to the parking lot.
