Maid of Honor
Klaudia is more than just a big sister to Diana, she is basically her second mom! Even though Klaudia almost dropped Diana on her head when she was a baby, Diana knows she just wanted to hold her and take care of her. Like a good big sister Klaudia has always looked out for Diana. From picking out the best outfits for picture day to testing out the latests fads, Klaudia only wants the best for her little sister. Diana has always looked up to her Big Sis and is inspired by her ability to make everything beautiful. Nowadays, Klaudia is busy with her family but Diana appreciates whenever they get a chance to sit down for some cafecito y chisme. While Diana doesn't always take her advice, she values her opinion above all and is thrilled to have her guiding hand in this wedding journey.
Sam
Best Woman
Sam, Samantha, Sam-Sam: Is Ian's youngest sister who has always aspired to be one of the bros. She has a very loud personality and is a very fun character to be around. Sam is loyal to a fault and really strives to make her family have a good time. Though Sam annoys Ian and Ian frustrates Sam all the time with his unsolicited advice or comments they really enjoy each other's company when they have a chance to hang out. Though Ian will never admit it in person he will, for this one time only, state that she is indeed one of the bros.
Juli
Maid of Honor
Once upon a time at UCLA two silly girls met :) Diana was a sophomore when she took freshman Juli under her wing. Some might say she corrupted young sweet Juli but the truth is the two grew up together through college and beyond. Once Juli's sisters also joined them at UCLA their friend group became a family. They shared some of the best times and supported each other through the worst. Even after life took them miles apart they remained strong, Juli helped keep Diana in the loop after she graduated and has always made their friendship a priority. There was no question that she would also be here for Diana on her special day.
Zach
Best Man
Zach a.k.a "the claw" a.k.a "T-bone" a.k.a "Jerome": He is the dough man...he knows his way around a good pizza. Ian is hoping that Zach will bring a slice of Pepperoni pizza to his wedding. You know, the type of slice that has just the right amount of cheese, not too greasy, a crispy crust, and a couple of bonus pepperoni that fall off in the box. Zach is more than just a pizza guy though. He also knows his way around an air fryer: Ian is hoping that Zach will bring his crispy fried pickles with homemade ranch...yum Zach is Ian's youngest brother. He has a very dry sense of humor that really meshes well with Ian's odd humor. He is quiet but surprises you with his really quick wit that Ian misses greatly. Though they are very different Ian finds that he and Zach are quite oddly similar.
Moni
Bridesmaid
Monica and Diana met at UCLA. Moni is part of the UCLA Sistahs gang and has been Diana's moral support when dealing with the Campos sisters :P The two also really bonded during Moni's residency in the Bay Area. Moni got to hear stories about Ian when they first started dating. Moni and her husband Jose even joined Ian and Diana on their first double date, and they gave their seal of approval.
Alex
Best Man
Alex, "the director" is Ian's younger brother. Ian is quite proud of Alex's success and shows it, oftentimes by criticizing his good work in a lovingly older brother way. Ian's favorite response to Alex's films is: "I found it boring but I am sure someone appreciates it." Alex has a quiet personality and tries to act cool though Ian fondly remembers the skinny film nerd growing up. Alex has over the years dealt with Ian's terrible sense of humor and not so helpful advice but Ian really appreciates his younger brother putting up with him and sticking it through thick and thin.
Yesi
Bridesmaid
The sweetest member of UCLA Sistahs and the middle Campos sister. It is always a good time when Yesi is around, the giggles never stop! Diana and Yesi have bonded over being the middle child and having epic dance battles. Yesi is always down for whatever! Their love of all things Disney has made it fun to nerd out on double dates. Ian and Yesi's husband, Bryan, just sit back have a drink while Yesi and Diana giggle away.
Corn
Groomsman
Corn is a nerd after Ian's own heart. Their friendship was forged over the grueling trials of High school track and Cross Country. Life after high school put them on separate paths over the years but they managed to remain connected and have forged their friendship anew over the grueling game of golf. Corn always helps Ian remember to embrace his inner nerd throughout life. He is quite the character and really adds to the strength of Ian's fellowship: Na lû e-govaned vîn.
Vero
Bridesmaid
The youngest Campos sister and the baby of the UCLA Sistahs, Vero feels like a little sister to Diana as well! While Diana had already graduated by the time Vero made it to UCLA, she still remembers the summer they got to bond over hookah and MJ. Nowadays, Diana and Vero get to share stories on the joys of teaching.
Rick
Groomsman
Rick and Ian met while working at the Academy of Art's Music department. The two of them spent a lot of "water cooler time" and built a bond while putting together a couple of events for the department. Rick is a real cool dude who has a very deep conviction in his beliefs; which lead to many great sparing conversations. Rick reintroduced Ian to the joys of fishing. That hobby has reeled them into many great times. Ian really appreciates his friendship with Rick and respects him greatly. Ian aspires to be as cool as Rick one day!
Melody
Bridesmaid
My Melody! Diana's first and favorite niece. She's always been her tia's number one fan but like a true Gen Z also challenges her on everything. Melody has a quiet personality but always surprises you with her wit and wisdom. She is the baby of the bridal party but Diana has full expectations that she will bring the best vibes to the celebrations surrounding this wedding!
Fluffy
Best Dog
Fluffy is Ian's best dog but he is and will always be Diana's fur baby. Fluffy accepted Ian as part of his pack a few years back and ever since then, the two of them have been inseparable. Fluffy plays a big part in their lives: he makes sure that they go to bed on time, that they get plenty of fresh air on walks, and that they eat proper meals while sitting at the table. The old rascal can be a handful at times but he knows how to provide comfort to both of his humans when they really need it.
