Maid of Honor
Sister of the bride and even with a 12 year age gap, they are always there for each other. Thanks to long days of quarantine together, watching Harry Potter and making music, their relationship is closer than its ever been.
Best Man
Also hailing from Russia, George has been a brother and friend to Isaac since they were adopted. While having many ups and downs in their lives and relationships, they have always had each other to lean on when they needed it. When it comes to the best man position, there is no one more suited than the only person who has known Isaac his entire life.
Matron of Honor
She is the bride's oldest friend and personal hairstylist. She makes sure the bride stays looking her best and has been there for her through many of life's ups and down over the last 10 years.
Groomsman
Allen and Isaac met in middle school, and their friendship took off quickly. Brittanie frequently says they are the same person, because they are both engineers with the exact same sense of humor. From concerts to video games, and everything in between, they have become great friends over the years.
Bridesmaid
She and Isaac went to high school together, and she is now married to one of the groomsmen, and one of Isaac's best friend's, Allen Wilbur. When she and Brittanie met, it was not hard for them to become fast friends also.
Groomsman
Michael and Isaac met in high school, and they bonded over mutual interests such as working at Bi-Lo together and an addiction to Bojangles. Once it was time for college, they each went their ways to different universities. After undergrad was over, Isaac and Michael became roommates back in Columbia, which allowed them to reconnect and pick up their friendship right where it left off. Now it is four years later, and Michael was an early pick to be a groomsman.
Bridesmaid
Through serving on a jury together, she and the bride discovered that not only do they live in the same neighborhood, they actually have a ton in common - including having an engineer as a SO. This friendship was fast and fate.
Groomsman
Walker is the longest friendship Isaac has, starting all the way back in 6th grade math class. Walker and Isaac became fast friends from a young age and stayed that way into adulthood. Isaac was very happy to watch Walker get married to Jenni and is excited for him to be a part of this wedding as a groomsman.
Bridesmaid
She has been a friend of the brides family for over 5 years, and she shares the same witty style of humor as the bride. She and the bride have been known to hit up local comedy night around town together.
Groomsman
Reece and Isaac met at North Greenville University where they hit it off after making mutual friends. Throughout college they have shared many experiences from relationships to parties, and this has allowed them to grow closer. After NGU, Reece went into the police force in Lexington and Isaac went into engineering, but they have kept up and supported each other along the way.
Bridesmaid
She and the bride met at the groom's brother's wedding in 2021 and the friendship was almost instant. They share the same snarky and sarcastic sense of humor and became great friends pretty much overnight. Due to distance they don't get to hang out much, but they are always just a text away.
Groomsman
Kobe and Isaac met at North Greenville University, but their friendship really took off after George's wedding where Kobe served as a groomsman. Bonding over the marriage of a friend and brother, they were thrilled to find that their significant others' got along well. Since then they have bolstered their friendship through trips and messaging. While they live quite a ways apart, Isaac is very happy to have a friend like Kobe with him on his big day.
Father of the Bride
He is where the bride gets her love of football, travel, aviation, and all things tech. Over her life, she and her dad have enjoyed going to Carolina Panthers games, on roller coaster chasing trips, on history themed adventures, and even the occasional nerd convention.
Father of the Groom
A love for Carolina football, good food, and a need to crack a joke in every situation comes from Isaac's dad. Phil is the one that instilled Isaac's stance on taking things in stride and that anything worth having is worth working for. Isaac's sense of humor was shaped by his dad, as well as his tendency to throw himself into his passions. On the other hand, Phil has had the great luck of being a beneficiary of Isaac's love for video games after Isaac discovered Skyrim.
Mother of the Bride
Born and raised in the swamp lands of Louisiana, she is the source of the bride's Cajun roots which has also led to her love of cooking. They share a very close relationship and Brittanie has always called her mom her biggest supporter.
Mother of the Groom
A staunch love for reading, learning, and sarcasm all come from Kimberly. She was always the one to push Isaac academically throughout his childhood through high school, which paid dividends once he moved on to university and graduate school. He always wondered what he would do once he hit the work force, and she always let him know that chasing your interests and passions is the best thing to do, even if you aren't sure of what they are yet. With that being said, she will be the first to tell you that she always knew that he would wind up an engineer.
Usher
Matt met the bride when he was assigned to train her as a new employee when she started working at Geek Squad during college. Being a huge gaming nerd also, the friendship was easy. He has also become great friends with Isaac and the rest of the nerd herd and is currently the roommate of groomsman Michael Miranda.
Usher
Nick and Isaac knew of each other in high school, but they didn't become friends until Isaac moved back to Columbia after college. They were roommates along with Michael Miranda, and they found out that they share a similar sense of humor as well as similar interests in nerdy things.
