Wedding Shuttle

We have a shuttle available to take everyone from the hotel to the venue and back! It can hold 54 people at a time and will make two trips there and two trips back so there’s no drinking and driving. We encourage people to use the shuttle because parking at the venue is very limited. The shuttle leaves from the Hampton Inn & Suites and has the following schedule: 1st departure to the venue leaves at 2:45pm. Second departure leaves at 3:10pm. Please allow a few minutes buffer as this is one bus going back and forth for both trips! 1st departure from the venue back to the hotel leaves at 9:20pm, second departure leaves at 9:50pm! Everyone has to be gone from the venue by 10pm. Kind reminder there are NO ubers or lyfts available so shuttle or driving yourself are the only two options. The after party is at Whiskey Tango starting at 10:30pm after the wedding but is only a 7 min walk from the Hampton Inn hotel.

Renting a Car
Hood River is 45 minutes outside of Portland, and is an extremely easy drive while also one of the most beautiful drives we have done. Most guests will have to rent a car; we encourage you to PLEASE carpool with your friends and family to make things as affordable as possible. If you have any questions or would like any advice, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

FLIGHTS
Flights are crazy expensive post-holidays and in cold months when people are trying to book future warm season travel. We recommend waiting until prices drop significantly in late April/May/June to book your flight!
