Question

How should I dress?

Answer

We invite you to wear garden/cocktail style attire. Think of sundresses, cocktail dresses, slacks, suits, or formal jumpsuits. Floral prints, solids, patterns, or sparkles are all welcome! The ceremony will take place on grass and the reception will move indoors, accommodate foot ware appropriately please. We will update weather predictions HERE as the time gets closer to the date.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a charcuterie cheese display and small appetizer bites, followed by a formal plated dinner. Your first two drinks are on us!! Your are more than welcome to purchase any extra beverages at the bar if desired (beer, wine, & non-alcoholic only). Your dinner choice will be paired with roasted garlic mashed potatoes with a sweet cream butter, and fried brussels sprouts with a balsamic glaze. Don't forget to leave room for desert with an assortment o f cupcakes!

Do I need to stay at the River House Lodge?

Answer

No, it’s definitely not required, but it is the most convenient spot! Since the wedding is being held right on-site, staying here means you’re a short and easy stroll away from bed. If you’d prefer to stay elsewhere, there are plenty of wonderful hotels in Bend—check out our recommendations in the Travel section!

How much is Uber/Lyft?

Answer

Typically ride shares are approximately $10-20 per ride in town, & $30-$45 from the Redmond Airport depending on time of day and holiday seasons.

Is there parking for the venue?

Answer

Yes. If you are planning to stay at another hotel location, there will be designated parking spots for you and your guests. You will need to park above the convention center and walk down the path to the venue. Further instructions will be posted.

Will I need to bring money to the wedding?

Answer

Totally up to you! We will be providing each guest with two complimentary drinks. Any desired drinks after that will need to be personally purchased. We appreciate your understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

There is a parking lot that will be a short walking distance to the event. Please accommodate time to finding parking and plan to arrive at the ceremony no later than 2:45pm. This way, you can grab a seat, enjoy the views, and get comfortable before we begin.

Your invitation/RSPV will include this specific question, please no extra guests that are not included on the invite.

Can I bring my pets?

Answer

Most hotels in the city of Bend do offer pet friendly rooms. Absolutely bring your fur babies, however we do ask to keep them away from the wedding. Per policy to the property of the venue.
