You will need somewhere to lay your head while you are here. We have secured plenty of options for everyone! Rooms fill up a year in advance in Ouray. We have booked a block of rooms at two different places for you to stay. Be sure to let them know you are part of the Ruwitch McCormick block. Supporting local business is something that is very important to both of us, especially now that we live in a small town and have access to a wide array of local artisans. The beauty of this area has captivated many people from out of town who have purchased properties to offer as short-term rentals. Unfortunately, this has drastically hurt the local long-term rental market and has made it essentially impossible to find a long-term rental in Ridgway or the surrounding areas. For this reason, we ask that if you are seeking an AirB&B or VRBO for your stay, please try your best to rent from someone local to the area, rather than someone from out of state or out of the country.

Western Slope Rides

We would not say that the road to our property is rental car friendly; if you can even find a rental in Montrose and the surrounding area. If you have an AWD or 4WD vehicle, you will have no trouble with access. Our friend Andy runs a transportation business called Western Slope Rides. On the day of the party, we will have shuttles running from two designated pickup and drop-off locations right in Ouray. We recommend you take advantage of this free transportations so you can fully enjoy the night! You can also contact WSR to arrange transportation from the Montrose airport directly to where you are staying. WSR is also a great option if you would like to visit Ridgway or Telluride. Please think about using WSR to arrange your transportation while you are in the area.
