FAQs

Question

ASK AWAY

Answer

If you have any other questions that are not listed here, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding ceremony and reception is exclusively for adults.

Question

How Do I RSVP? When Must I RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 21, 2026, through the form on this website. If you do not RSVP in time, will we assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we must provide our vendors with a final guest count they have given us. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire, or what we are labeling "Mountain Chic". For men, this means preferably a suit and dress shoes (tie is optional but appreciated). For women, a cocktail dress, midi dress, or a stylish jumpsuit is perfect. Think polished but not too formal - elegant, comfortable, and ready to celebrate! Please no shorts or flip flops.

Question

Can I Bring A Date/Plus One?

Answer

Due to our limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your formal invitation will be made out to “(Your Name) & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking on site and you are able to park there overnight. Please be aware, ride sharing apps are not going to work to come back from the venue. We are working on a shuttle service, once we finalize details they will be published on our website.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please check out our schedule page.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, of course. We are working with our catering team to be able to ensure that everyone’s food requests are met, you will be able to fill out a portion when you RSVP. To ensure that we meet all of them, please RSVP in a timely manner.

Question

Will the Wedding Take Place Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

If you have been to Colorado or heard Riley & Ian talk about it, you know that we can get all 4 seasons in one day, so please plan to wear some sort of cover-up, in case it gets a little breezy. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outside. The reception will take place indoors.

Question

Can I Take Pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras permitted). The greatest gift that you can give to us is being fully present as we say "I Do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! We would love to see all the memories. There will be QR codes around the venue so you can share these with us and other guests so we can remember this day!
