Yes! We have contracted out with Blazing Adventures. They will start shuttles to the Aspen Meadows starting at 3 pm at Rubey Park in Aspen Town Center and will be continuously looping to the ceremony until 3:45. Please note the ceremony will start at 4 pm! The transport back into town will start at 9 pm at night. Please do not drink and drive & utilize the shuttle system!
Feel free to lean into being in Aspen in the fall and add some flair to your look - a silk pocket square or a hat you picked up from Kemo Sabe. Otherwise, it's the same as formal wedding attire! Ian will be in a suit, Kelsey's wearing a white dress... you know the drill
ASAP! If you know you are coming best to book asap because inventory fills up quickly.
Easiest way into Aspen is to fly directly in, it is a small but mighty airport. This can also be the more expensive option. If you are looking for a more cost effective & scenic option we would recommend flying into Denver or Grand Junction then taking a lovely drive into our town!
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
We love your kids, but we want you to have the night off to enjoy the celebration! Some hotels have babysitting services available and would recommend contacting as early as possible.
We would love to see you wear heels at the wedding, but we will not be held accountable for any broken bones. The ceremony is in a field where at best you will have a paved path to walk on. Flats or wedges are advised for girls, and men who want to wear heels, well, good luck.

A bunch of nasty symptoms when you climb in elevation too quickly
Aspen's elevation is 7,908 ft. If you are coming from sea level, altitude sickness can be very real. We highly suggest drinking lots of water, keeping an eye on your alcohol consumption and not overdoing it with any strenuous physical activities if you're not acclimated to high altitudes.
