Question

How do I get to the camp from Portland if I'm flying from out of town?

Answer

Most guests will be driving from the Portland area and carpool rides can be arranged. If you do not know any other guests, contact us in advance (at least a week before the wedding please!) and we will put you in touch with possible ride hookups.

Question

What if I have difficulty walking on uneven ground?

Answer

We will have a golf cart available to transport guests to the ceremony, reception, cabins, etc. for those who have difficulty on sloped or uneven ground

Question

Are cabin rentals still $75 if I only want to stay over Saturday night?

Answer

Yes; rentals are a flat rate fee and we are required to pay linen rentals per person regardless of the length of stay.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions for breakfast and/or lunch?

Answer

We have complete access to a full industrial-sized kitchen, walk in refrigerator, and freezer. You are welcome to bring your own food if you are staying over for the weekend and have specific food needs/preferences. We will provide simple breakfasts (cereal, bagels, yogurt, etc.) but if you want to make your own food or even make scrambled eggs for the entire group we won't stop you.
