Semi-formal, but we want you to feel comfortable. Keep in mind the weather in Puerto Rico is warm and the location is a Hotel near the beach.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We recommend Rincon of the Seas where the ceremony and reception are being held. However, you are welcome to stay in a villa, other nearby hotels, or houses; airbnb.com is a good resource for this. See the travel section on our website. Keep in mind that other locations might not include the shuttle to and from the airport. Emily's family can always help out with this if you are not renting a car and you plan in advance.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

The hotel has parking and it will be free of charge since our event is held there.

No. Puerto Rico is a U.S territory.

What is local language?

Answer

Spanish, but is a tourist area where the local population caters to Americans, so while Spanish would be helpful, it is not necessary.

Can I share a room with somebody to save money?

Answer

Absolutely. Try to contact us with time in advance and we will try to pair you up with somebody.

Do I need to contact my cellphone company beforehand?

Answer

It depends. The following companies all have coverage in Puerto Rico with no additional cost; meaning that you don't have to call them to add a roaming service: AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Open Mobile, Claro Companies that are not covered in Puerto Rico, meaning you will need to call your cell-phone company to add roaming: Verizon, U.S Cellular, Cricket
