Canopy by Hilton Portland Pearl District

While the wedding is Estacada, we want folks to stay in Portland during their visit. We have reserved room blocks at the Canopy in NW Portland (BLOCK LINK PROVIDED). This hotel is in a fun area near a lot of cool restaurants and bars. It is also where the welcome party will be held. The hotel will happily accommodate an extended block rate for the Thursday before or Monday after, you just need to call them to get that coordinated.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotel to Ceremony

August 9, 2025 3:00 pm - 12:00 am

We have arranged a shuttle service to take all our guests to our wedding! There is parking at the venue, but Ubers will not be an option as the venue is 50 minutes outside of Portland on back roads. To help streamline, we encourage folks to take the shuttle which will depart from the Canopy Hotel at 3:00 PM and will do pick ups likely starting at 10 PM. More information will be provided for exact pick up times once we send official invitations. We will ask all guests to rsvp for the shuttle at that time.

Flight

Fly Into Portland International Airport (PDX)

We encourage all our guests from out of town to fly into Portland International Airport. An Uber/Lyft from the airport to NW Portland is about 20 - 25 minutes and usually around $30 one way. There is also the MAX red line you can take for $2.50 but takes double the time.
