Welcome Party

Cocktail Attire

This is an optional event with light hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. We encourage out of towners to explore the many unique bars and restaurant offerings in the Pearl District before or after our welcome party.

Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception

4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Formal Attire. Think suits, gowns and nice cocktail dresses. We kindly ask our guests to wear colors you may find in the forest. Think shades of browns, greens, blacks and tans if possible. Given the intimate event size and our lack of wedding parties, this request will ensure guests look cohesive in photos!

The venue will be at a higher elevation compared to Portland since it is in the mountain range. During the start of the event, the weather will be warm but well shaded and will likely become cooler and breezier at night. Please bring a light jacket or shall for the occasion as the event will be entirely outside. The wedding will also require a lot of walking throughout the venue, so please wear shoes that can work in grass and uneven surfaces.
