This is a higher end property located in Beaver Creek. It is close to restaurants and about 15 minutes to the venue. It has a free local shuttle as well as a restaurant on site. They offer townhomes, condos, and suites, as well as regular rooms.

Beaver Creek West Condos

This is a vacation rental property with different condo sizes and rooms. They have 1-4 bedrooms with full kitchens and access to a pool, tennis courts, and sauna. It is about 10 minutes to the venue and walking distance to Nottingham Park as well as a few bars and restaurants. It is less than 10 minutes from Walmart and 4 minutes to City Market.

Airbnb/Rental Properties

We highly suggest taking a look on Airbnb, VRBO, and other rental sites for rental properties in the area. Often times, people will rent out their house in the summer and these can be cheaper than hotel rooms, especially for groups. Places to search for include, Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon, Edwards, and Eagle-Vail. The drive from Edwards is about 15-20 minutes to the venue. Vail is about 10-15 minutes depending on how far East you go. Both Avon and Eagle-Vail are the closest to the venue. Please reach out to Cassidy for questions on location.

Denver Airport (DIA)

Denver airport is about a 2 hour drive to Vail but has more flights as well as cheaper options. You can rent a car at the airport using the provided shuttles. The drive to Vail is very pretty but a little bit different for people that are not used to driving in the mountains. We recommend doing it during the day to catch the beautiful scenery.

Eagle-Vail Airport (EGE)

Eagle-Vail airport is a lot closer than Denver airport but has less flight and rental car options. It is actually located in Eagle Colorado and about 30 minutes from Eagle-Vail. It can also vary in price but sometimes has better prices than Denver. We suggest looking here first and comparing prices to DIA.
