Please use this link to book a room in our block! 10 rooms are available on Friday and 20 are available on Saturday at our discounted rate, first-come first-serve. You must reserve your room by 8/13/25 to receive the discounted rate. PLEASE NOTE: Check in is 4:00pm, which is far too late for you to catch the shuttle over to the venue. Please call the hotel 24 hours in advance to request early check-in for 2:00pm, and they will accommodate you.

A shuttle will be running to take guests from the Residence Inn to our venue. Departure times are at 3:15, 3:30, and LAST SHUTTLE at 3:45. Once you arrive at The Farmstead, you are free to explore the outdoor areas of the venue, as well as enjoy beverages and fresh honeycrisp apple slices from the orchard next door.
