We recommend booking your transportation from Cancun International Airport to Hyatt Ziva as soon as possible. Ian and I used USA Transfers during our most recent stay and had a very positive experience with them. The hotel can also arrange transportation services should you choose to use them. CAN I STAY OFF PROPERTY?

We highly encourage everyone to stay on property so you can enjoy all of the pre and post wedding activities we have planned. If you do decide to stay off property, please note that your wedding day access will be limited to 1 hour before the scheduled ceremony until 30 minutes after the reception. If you would like to have access to the hotel for the full day of the wedding you will need to purchase a regular hotel day pass; $160 per guest. All the offsite guests who purchase a wedding day pass must leave a credit card on file as a guarantee without exception.

When to arrive

Our wedding will be on Thursday, June 1, 2023 so we highly encourage you to arrive by Wednesday, or Thursday morning at the very latest. Ian and I will be arriving on Monday for those that would like to celebrate with us a little earlier.

Additional room options include: - Club ocean front king or double - Dolphin view master king or double - Swim-up king or double - Ocean front pyramid suite - Turquoise oceanfront master king (adults-only tower) - Turquoise sky oceanfront master king (adults-only tower) A few important things to note: 1) At the time of booking, the website will show a notification that an automatic charge will be made to your credit card; please ignore this notification; the payment for each room will be made upon check-in on arrival. 2) At the time of check-in, a $ 500.00 USD hold will be placed on your credit card. This hold will be released the same day of your departure once the hotel verifies there are no extras or incidentals.
