The airport you will need to fly into is São Paulo–Guarulhos International Airport (GRU), which is about a 35-minute drive from the wedding venue. We recommend arriving by Thursday afternoon (May 21, 2026) at the latest, so you have time to settle in and account for any possible flight delays.

We will provide complimentary shuttle service to take you to the wedding venue and back on Saturday, May 23, for guests staying at our recommended hotels: Hampton by Hilton Guarulhos and Sleep Inn Aeroporto de Guarulhos. If you’re staying elsewhere, no worries. You can drive and there’s free parking at the venue. Exact times will be shared closer to the wedding, so be sure to check back later for the schedule. Please note that the shuttle is only available for guests at the two hotels above.

1 - You will need to go to this site https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/ 2. - Select USA scroll down and select Apply eVisa Now 3 - Provide a valid email and phone number then select your nationality. This will provide a One Time Password (OTP) for you 4. Eligibility Criteria - This is self-explanatory. Your purpose of travel will be tourism. You will need an application for every person going. 5. Document Details - Here you need to upload a legible photo of your passport and another photo of your head and shoulders. The Head photo needs: Colored photo with a white background, no head coverings or spectacles. Look directly at the camera lens with visible shoulders, ears, and no smiling. Ensure photo is not cropped from the passport Bio page. Failure to provide a photo as per specifications will result in application cancellation. If you are having trouble there is a photo tool on the website. The photo tool will edit your photo to be acceptable. When you upload the photo click “Click here to check” and it will take you to the photo tool. 6. Passport Details - Fill out the requested information on this page. Given name is your first name. Family name is your last name. Make sure you have BOTH parents' DOB. 7. Travel Details - Put the day you’re going, the day you’re leaving, how long you’re planning on staying, and if you have been to Brazil before, provide a very short description of your last visit. 8. Address Details - Fill out your home address information. - The question “Is this the address for correspondence?” simply means: “Is this the address where you want us to send mail or official notices?” - Personal Means of Contact is how you would prefer to get updates. 9. Additional Details - This page is related to work. Since you are going for tourism, you only need to fill out your nationality and Occupation. You do not need legal representation for the application BUT if you have it provide it.

This application costs $80.90 and will process rather quickly. You will get updates at the email you provided during the application. Recommendations: Before you embark on your travel to Brazil, there is a crucial step you must take. We kindly request that you PRINT TWO COPIES of your eVisa document. These printed copies will be REQUIRED upon your arrival at the airport and at immigration control when entering Brazilian territory. Ensure that the printed copies of your eVisa are kept in a secure and easily accessible location during your journey.
